Andrea seriously went above and beyond for us. We were looking in one of the toughest market ranges for our place and when we found one we had issues with seller and the sellers agent. Andrea didn't let that deter her or us though and she pushed hard and she got us to closing, but she didn't stop there she continues to help us out in getting us into our new home.

Andrea was such a big help when it came to selling our house. Once discussing the details of the sale, she had a photograph coming over the next day and taking photos of our place. She was extremely transparent about the value of our home, what she felt we should list it as, and what she imagined someone would offer. She sent out paperwork in a timely manner and made it easy to sign online. We were even able to sign our closing documents early since we were moving. I have never had to sell a house, until my brother passed away and I needed to sell his. Andrea was there every step of the way, and very patient with me since not only was I selling a house for the first time ever, I was also grieving the loss of my brother. She always reassured me that no question is a stupid question, and if she could answer it she would, or hunt down someone who could.
